if i was a doctor ill allow weed because is  good for your heath and because and relax your body 
but ill gave them a lilt pit  of it so they don't have too much 

why: because is good to help people so they don't die 
is good because it gave you a relaxing mind

police

if i was a police i wouldn't allow weed to people,and if the person  sell weed to people that they don't need it ill arrest them for 1 years.

why: is because people sell it to the wrong people and that's why people got in a accident 

cancer sufferers

they will help them with there pain,and will help you with your cancer,so you don't have cancer any more.

why:help you to your cancer to stop

What I think on how to solve a meth issue...

If I was the New Zealand president I would put them in the program and make sure they don't use drugs again, and if they do put them into jail for life. and if they have kids make sure u find someone to look after them.
